Newburyport Condo

My Handyman walked through the Newburyport condo with our client shortly after the closing. Great customer service means listening to your customer. Our goal was to capture the owner’s wish list, clarify requirements and prepare a preliminary budget.

Customer Requirements

  • Upgrade the property so it’s eclectic, not beachy.
  • Prepare condo for dual goals: rental and resale when the market comes back.
  • Budget improvements across multiple stages starting with:
    • Adding & enhancing lighting as condos have too few windows
    • Updating bathrooms to give them personality (see photos)
    • Replacing carpeting with hardwood flooring
    • Adding storage where kitchen & closet space is minimal
    • New landscaping in backyard which is overgrown (dining room photo).
